I'm attemptiing to restore the interior vacuum-operated accessories in my 2 door 76 Maverick. I found two vacuum lines on the right side of the engine compartment that were tied off (knotted) and not connected to anything.
One was black rubber with a Yellow stripe and the other was black rubber with a Red stripe. The _appear_ to be hooked to some sort of vacuum switch on the heater core box which is activated with the Heat/Cool selector on the dash. My car has A/C and would appreciate any help in figuring out where these lines go.
Does anyone have a schematic showing the entire vacuum line routing for this car?
