the flywheel came from a cheap parts store and junk yard in Atkins OK. the flywheel was stamped 289/302. when I put it in the wheel rubbed the
metal plate between the motor and trans all the way around. I thought that it was on backwards so I took it off and found that it is impossible to put it on backwards. So on a mill I made a 1/4" thick aluminum plate that bolts between the crank and the flywheel. I could fax you a copy of the blueprint for the part if that would help.
Whadyatihnk?
