I have "buried the needle" in my '74 Grabber (it's a 120 MPH speedo)on a wide open freeway having some fun with a Ferrari...yep he just kept going FASTER and my Grabber was SCREAMIN' at just about 4500 RPM. (I DO HAVE 'H' SPEED RATED TIRES GOOD UP TO 130...DO NOT TRY IT WITHOUT THEM!!! IT'S ASKING FOR TROUBLE=CRASH AND BURN!!!) It was rather 'squirrelly' at that speed, felt like the nose was just gonna take off...
An indicated 115 MPH in my '73 in stock form (including drums)...which is being "restified" right now and has incorporated brakes all around from a Granada (w Mav 'power' booster).
