Hey there are lost of cars that I hate( ie corvettes, volaires, vegas, caravans, and those stupid Lincon SUV's) and the only ones that I talk trash abut are Ford Pintos.

: I just don't get it. Why do people have to talk so much trash about the Maverick? Why do so many have it in their minds that this car is such a waste of time. Is it jealousy or what. I mean; I don't care for Volkswagon Beetles but I've seen lots of them fixed up really nice and somone took a lot of care and pride in doing so so why would I want to insult it and put it down? I think people are really upset that a Maverick can look great AND hang with most of the Mustangs & Camaros out there. It really pisses those people off to thing that they spent all that money on a "real" musclecar and we have something just as good for a lot less money. People who don't "follow the crowd" or conform to what everyone else is doing make others uncomfortable. They are going to tell us what's cool and we'd better go along with it or else we're just a bunch of losers, right? NOT!!! If a person doesn't like a particular car than they shouldn't own it but they SHOULD keep their IGNORANT coments to themselves...
