Yeah, and what is wrong with that? I happen to own both a Comet&an Ambassador. AMC cars are wonderful cars, and are grossly underrated just like Mavericks/Comets. Bear in mind that a '73 AMC Matador with a 401 4-barrel will do 0-60 in 7 seconds. Got a problem with that anybody? Than go and race an AMC! I love my COmet, but nothing runs like an AMC.By the way, my '74 Hornet 304 in a race will roundly trounce my Comet. In other words, you can bash Chevy, but lay off AMC!! If you don't, your Mav might get stung by a bad-ass Hornet!!
