: What does the 24F stand for? I have seen this on several Body Buck Tags.
I'm not sure what it means on the body tag you mentioned, but in battery terms it means Group 24 (a number assigned by the manufacturers for those particular dimensions) with the terminals "reversed" to fit Ford vehicles (like our Mavs)

:
: : Don't know of anything comprehensive online... a set of Ford service manuals IS worth the investment!!! The "correct" battery size is 24F but most of the new "all purpose" (top&side terminals) types will fit just fine.
: :
: : : What is the barrery size, it's missing from the car we're trying to got running.

: : : : I don't know of any sources online but I have 'some' of the specs for '73 (since I have one) so if you tell me what your looking for I might have it....

: :
: : : : : What's a good source for Specs on the 73 Maverick? Is there anything online?
