Another ? on timing & A/C

Wat is the timing spec on the 250? I can't seem to find it anywhere. A/T, P/S if it means anything. ANd regarding A/C, mine has A/C controls and vents on the top middle part of the dash. How can I tell if this was factory or dealer installed?
