For one thing, the 351 heads have larger combustion chambers so they have a much lower compression ratio (unless you use a tall piston), Also; you need an adaptor kit to install the 351s on the 302 block. It might be a reasonable deal IF you can keep your 302 heads...why should he get 'em ??...
: Okay, here the deal.. local machine shop has a set of 351-W heads, totally reconditioned (what they say...) with screw in studs. Said they would sell to me for $120.00 per head with the exchange of my 2 sets of rebulidable 302 heads. Sound like a good deal to anyone else???
