Seatbelts: From bench to Bucket...

As I approach the "grand gutting" I have one little q... How the HELL do ya swap out the seat belts?
I looked in at the Comet (that has buckets) and they are bolted to the floor at what looks like a real headache of a transition...
For those who have been there how do you accomplish this?
