As far as hoses go, replace them, don't use sealer it will only screw things up more, just like raditor sealer, it's only a bandaid and not a very good one, to get you into town. If you live near a town that has a hose shop, (hydralic manufactor, check the Yellow pages) they can make up new ones from your old ones has samples. check them out probably cheaper.

It seems like the cooling coil for the power steering fluid is leaking. Is this part readily available? If I don't get it, will it create a problem if I bypass it? Are the pressure and return lines readily available too? They look pretty bad too.
