I think it will be quick enough, My 71 only weighs in at around 2600#, its a striped down model, about 300-400 pounds lighter than the SVO and Thunder Chicken. Good idea with the mounts, I will look into it. EFI will keep the gas milage up as well, I will check back to let you know how it goes. Any other insight would be helpful, im just gathering info at the moment.
