Did the pan leak before the first time you replaced it? I've the gasket blow before because of internal problems in the tranny. (I know, the bearer of bad news). Since it sounds like you did everything right the first time, the only other thing that might be it is if you pried the pan and caused it to warp some. Next time you have it off and clean, lay it on a flat surface and check contact on all side. If you have a big enough piece of glass (glass table), lay it on that and shine a flashlight at it from all sides while looking at the inside from under the glass, see if the light is getting through....
