...Assuming all front end components are in good shape, here is what you do:
Loosen the locknut on top of the steering box (9/16 or 5/8, can't remember offhand). Turn the set-screw in until it just bottoms out. Back it off slightly. Tighten the locknut. TaDa, you're done:-) Whatever you do, don't overtighten the set screw or you will damage the steering box.
