... to this ride. including a Ranger 8.8" rear with 3:73's and a Traction-Lok and Disc brakes (although the Saleen Exploder has HUGE vented discs on the rear!!!) , tied and strengthend frame with a low profile 6 pt rollbar. The aforementioned Mustang II frontend with a Big Brake kit that my uncle "gas slotted" rotors. The body mods are Geo storm type door latches, a grafted in Mustang SVO scoop, a custom made Acura NSX type rear spoiler and Olds Aurora mirrors keeping the full power/heat functions We have not decided yet whether or not to leave the tail pane alone, however I have been considering a Cougar or '68 Shelby look, it already has a Shelby flip up fuel cap. The planned color is PPG "Shocking White" with grabber type graphics done in "ghost" gray covered by pearl. For rolling stock I have some Weld EuroSpokes with custom made caps (by my uncle, they have a machined in Maverick head!!!) in 17x6, and 17x8 (I actually paid more for the 6" than the 8" because they were special order!!!) with Yokohama A-520's 205/45-17 front and 255/40-17 rears.
The car was a 22,000 mile original garage kept Arizona car with PS,PB, auto, A/C and a 302 when we got it all I had to do was replace the original bias tires that were rotting!!! I have built/am building this car on an unbelieveably low buget, but that is the benefit of a family owned 28acre auto dismantling/recylcling facility that has a on site machine shop and auto body facility as well. I don't want to post any pictures because I want the car to have a "Grand Debut" at this years HotRod Power Tour. Thanks, talk to 'ya later..........Dawg
