Well...thanks for everyones input on the hose situation. Had a chance yesterday to got to an A/C shop. They took my old hose and shortened it by at least two feet. Looks great. Also found the dryer that I've been looking for for the past two years. You'd figure that they would make a dryer for 74-77 Mavericks. Anyway, thanks for all the help.
Oh...anyone have any troubles with Autozones compressors? This A/C shop said that they do not suggest using them because they have had bad luck with them.
