200 to 302 swap...

Well, I'm getting that other Maverick tomorrow, and I'll be doing the swap in a week or two. is there anything I should know before I start this project? My mav is a '71, 2 door, manual brakes, steering, no AC. The donor car is a '74, 4 door, manual brakes, power steering, and has AC. I will have both cars side by side when I'm doing this.
