Starter Problem or something

Hey,
I'm having problems with the starting system on my mav now, It turns slow. I replaced the starter, solinoid, Cables, and altinator, Yeah I know i should have replaced the battery first but it's only about 6mnths old so..... Could it be anything else ? Is that voltage regulator have anything to do with it ??
