while I must agree with TL that the 302 is a much more powerful motor that the 200 I persanally love the I6's, they are so easy to work on, hell you can sit on the fender and put your feet in the bay to change the plugs, try that with a 302.
I love the 6's as far as dependability goes they are tanks, but they do have their little quirks too.
