Wiper-washer

Can anyone tell me why my wiper-washer fluid won't spray? There is plenty of fluid in the resivior, but it doesn't seem to come out. Is it just a clogged line? I checked the fuse and the wipers work fine.
Thanks for any input on this trivial "dummy" question.
