The bars were all pre-notched. I mounted the main hoop just in front of where the floor pan dips down, and lined it up with the front side of the quarter windows. The only thing I'm gonna change when I do the rear frame, is get rear bars that go through the package tray instead of through the back seat. They're only $30 extra, but I think it will look better with the back seat in. Besides the seat can be removed for the races... :)

One other thing I recomend is that you at least primer the bars, (and paint the bars if you can,) when you get them. They're hard to paint once installed, and they start to pick up surface rust pretty quick. Just leave a couple inches at the ends bare. Someone told me to mist the inside of the bars with primer, but that isn't needed. Once the bars are welded in the inside is air tight, and to get rust you need oxygen.
