David, I replaced mine with 1970 Mustang floor pans from J.C. Whitney. They fit great with a little trimming in front of and behind the seats. If your problem lies in the area where the seats are mouted to the floor pans then that will take some fabrication work. Fortunatly for me, my problem was not in that area. Good Luck!!
