I use grade 8 hex key head cap screws (aka allen head bolts) on my crack pipes.......
to get em all in i took a 90 degree allen wrench and cut the head on a grinder so that it would swivel like the ball socket allen head wrenches do, it works ok, but it still takes WAY too much time to put the danm things in, if I could get aluminum cast ex manifolds I would definately do it
: : I've got a 302 that I'm trying to put a pair of hooker headers on. But, for the life of me, I can't get all the bolts in...is there some sort of secret here. Some of the holes don't even allow me to get a socket or a wrench in the space to turn the bolts even if I could get them in. help!?
