: With some modifications, yes, C 351 heads can be used to make the top end of a Boss 302 (the heads will need quite a bit of machine work). Lot's of other differences with a Boss 302, though. Mechanical cam, forged steel crank, 4 bolt main, beefier block are the biggest differences. The tougher bottom end is needed because the engine was designed to run in the 5,000 to 9,000 RPM range.

: Some options: use 2Bbl Cleveland Heads with a Street Boss intake; Austrailian Cleveland heads on a Mexican 302 block; Windsor 351 heads with an opened up 302 intake.
