1) I swapped in a 351C in place of my factory BOSS 302 with absolutely no shock tower modifications.
2) Took it to the local track and found out it weighs 5,297 lbs.
3) Modified the front end so it looks like a Pacer.
4) Swapped the big bumpers from my '72 to some smaller ones from a '77.
5) Cut the top off and made a convertible.

: I just love air shocks!! I wanted to get the rear-end as high as I could, so here is what I did:

: I put on a pair of 300 lbs air shocks. Before i put them on, it but on some 3" shock extenders to really get some height. I also but some 6" rear shackles on the leaf springs, and flipped the axle around to where it was under the springs. I even dropped the front end down 3 inches to give the appearance of a higher rear end. I then put on 16 inch rims with the tallest tires I could find (I think they were off an army truck).

: Anyways, my Maverick handles like a dream!! It look like a huge wedge coming down the road. I can actuall park my Ford Aspire under the back-end of it!!

: And with the 250 6-cyl I built up, the car will whip ANY V-8 car ever made.

: There you go!!

: : There's noone around to correct all of our misinformation now. This can be so much fun. I'll start off:
: : 1)I own a Shelby Comet.
: : 2)It came from the factory with a 428 Cobra-jet.
: : 3)Mavericks were originally designed by the Pentagon to be high performance stealth lawnmowers. This information has been surpressed in a massive government cover-up.
