Can anyone help me figure out what the #3 fuse does? The manual says that it controls the radio pilot (what's that) and winshield wiper (I'm assuming the claener motor) and the dash lights. My dash lights don't work, the wiper cleaner won't squirt water, but my radio works. And I can't tell if the fuse is actually blown. I guess I'm going to have to contort my body in several ways again and try to pull out that @#%!* fuse (its so little). It's the SPF4. Thanks for listening......
