I did the swap on my 74 Grabber (wanted that "Tail Spoiler" on there don't you know). It is mostly a bolt in BUT (isn't there always one of those?!) you will need front and rear valance panels and all the bumper "hardware" from a(some) donor car(s). You will also have to drill (and reinforce) the rear panel(under the taillights) to mount the rear bumper, and fill the 'various holes' left from removing the "big bumper" stuff.
