well when i first got my maverick it had two cracks in the pad one was big and one was pretty small and i was going to replace the pad soon anyway (turned out to take close to a year for me to actually start that project, i just started sunday and am almost done) so i tried bondo crack filler which probably wasnt the best idea but it worked well for quite a long time but one problem was it didnt bend like the other parts of the pad so when it got pressed on you could see where it was easily.
