Paulie the # is 312-431-6102. The Part # is 97FV7891RF for the 4 leaf heavy duty and 96FV7576XF for the 3 leaf standard. Price is $54.95 each for the 4 leaf HD, $53.95 each for the 3 leaf. The shackles are 15FV0053B at $8.99 each set. All of this info is on Page 195 of catalog #621J, they'll ask for it. You need to get 2 springs and 2 shackle sets. Good luck I'm getting mine next month. And hopfully the month after I'll be able to get new sway bars front and back. They're only $94.98 each and JCWhitney is the only place that I've found that carries both.
