Downloaded 3.5 Meg WinZip from a URL in a heartbeat. Literally hit the download button on the screen and before I could put my hands on the keyboard, it was downloaded. So I'd say 3.5 M/sec. They say 10M/sec is available and promise no less than 256K.
Also, FYI - ADSL will cost about 30-50% more than cable modem/AtHome service.
