I am planning to install a 351 W in a '72 Maverick which currently has a 200ci six cylinder.
I know I have to change the motor mounts and bell housing. My main concern is will there be enough
space for headers. I have measured and can see the motor wont be too much of a problem, but it appears
there will only be about 2" left on each side. I would appreciate help from anyone who has done this swap
or knows what needs to be done. Please tell me what brand of headers are necessary. I would also like to know where
I can find 14x8 wheels cheap, or is 14x7 the widest usable on a Maverick. What are the widest tires I could put on the
car without modification?
