The Edelbrock is nothing more than a modified Carter. Assuming all three carbs have the same cfm rating, they're all going to flow the same amount of air/fuel. I have experienced that the Holley provides better throttle response but will give you more headaches because of high maintainence. The Edelbrock should give you a lot less problems...
: Does any one know how Carter Holley and Edelbrock compare with each other? I would appreciate facts preferably from dyno tests of the same cfm carbuerators. If any one would like to give an oppinion I will of course appreciate any helpful information I can get.Im the one planning to put the 351 Windsor in my Maverick. I already have a intake, it is a Offenhauser 360 degree with divided plenum and with a slight chamfer in the plenum.
