it depends on the 302. The 250 uses the 157 tooth flywheel. There are two size flywheels used on the 302, 157 and 164. If it is a 157 tooth flywheel on the 302, the 250 bellhousing works.
The smaller straight sixes use a small flywheel and the blocks have a different bolt pattern all together... - these bellhousings will not work.
