It mainly focuses on V8 mods, but on page 20 they give a lot of detail on modifying the 200. End result is 220 hp. If they had access to the Australian aluminum head you'd be looking at closer to 270 hp.
I went to the V8 because the 200's flywheel wasn't big enough for a decent clutch. I got tired of changing clutch discs ( My 11 inch that I have now has about 75,000 enthusiastic miles on it) If you have a slush box its not a bad engine.
ps if some one wants to do the 300 swap I have the long block minus the rods and pistons.
