Yes, those will all fit. You will need V-8 Frame mounts for the engine.

: Just my luck. I start posting for the first time and the board goes down. Glad to see everything's up and running. Getting back to my recent purchase, thanks a lot for the information. However, I still need to know if the 302 will fit (bolt in) to my 69.5 Maverick. I am aware that I will have to change the tranny and possibly the rear. And while we're at it, will the Grabber hood, rear spoiler and end caps fit also?
