Your Maverick already has grease fittings except for the original upper controll arm bushings--which should have been replaced a long time ago. The replacements have grease zerks and if you grease 'em once a year, your suspension will be as quiet as a new car...

: I have two 74 Mavericks, both 4 door, one a 250 and one a 302. I have heard that I need to install grease fittings to get rid of the horrible squeaks in my Mavericks' front ends. There are two other Mavericks in the neighborhood that have the same problem, so I'm sure someone out there has already done a fix for it. Has anyone done this to their vehicle already who would have any hints or tips?
