Well, I just finished installing the O-ring fitting hose, and it's official. Ford built mine with one O-ring and one flared fitting power cylinder hose. It's nice to have two non-leaking hoses on the car. If anyone else out there plans on doing their own power cylinder hoses on a '76 Maverick or Comet, you may want to check this out ahead of time to make sure you get the right hoses.

By the way, I found that these hoses were much cheaper through Auto Krafters than any of the local parts stores in the Delaware/South Jersey area. I was getting quotes for $27 a hose, and Auto Krafters charges $12.95 to $15.95 (depending on the type and whether you want genuine Ford or aftermarket). Not a bad deal.
