It should be a good TEMPORARY fix, so long as the lines are rated for those pressures (not as critical if it is only the "return" line). My advice to do is find a donor and replace them with 'hardlines'.
: I guess I should have read what T.L. had to say first, because I drove Junior without knowing for sure if I had the lines to the radiator on correctly and after about 10 miles, one of the lines blew and I had transmission fluid going everywhere (along with some nice smoke out the back). I talked to an Auto Zone employee and he told me that it would be fine to couple the line with pressure tubing. Is he full of crap or can I do that? That's what was on there when it blew.
