: More than likely here are your problems:
: Overtightning the bolts: You only need to torque to around 15 pounds (not very much)

: Bent pan: The edges could be bent, or the whole pan. Next time you have it off, check for straigtness/trueness, etc. This can be fixed by a little pounding/bending.

: I am sure others might have advice. There are gaskets you can get that have metal washers around each bolt that prevent you from overtightning the bolts, but I am not sure who makes it.

It looks like it's comming right from the pan area, but I'm starting to think that there's a crack somewhere. Does anyone have a clue as to the solution besides looking for a new Tranny. If that's the case, where would be the best place to find one? (besides local junk yards).
