Im moving back to the midwest soon, and look forward to
getting some old mavericks. I used to own one, i never maintained
it and drove it for two years, out in california, i gave it away.
Now im older and wiser, i will maintain my cars much better
So after a series of small japanese cars and bugs VW. I
relize what is important in life. Cheap reliable sturdy cars
that are very easy to fix and repair, as my maverick was.
The rx7 i had was great but the engine went, the cheapest rebuilt put it
in cost was 2,000$, way too expensive. The 96 Honda civic
I had is junk. Tinny sucky brakes and delicate body. I was in
a small fender bender with the honda going 2 miles per hour
cost to fix 3500$, way too expensive. These new cars are designed to crupple
way too easily, I bet the body shops love these new
dispossable cars. Timing belts suck too. I want a basic car that i can
purchase for 500$ to 1000$. Ill take a 4 door six cylinder, it seems that everybody wants the
v8. I just want to get from A to B cheaply and safely
