The first thing I would suggest is of course going over the engine and running gear... especially if she's your daily like mine is... (Alice hasn't compleatly stopped starting for me but I'm heading the warning signs and will be working on that this weekend...)
Next, start pricing out what will cost you what and then prioritize...
