295??? never heard of it. The Edelbrock Performer RPM is an excellent intake manifold. It performes well on slightly modified Ford 289/302 and 351W engines. A stock engine would benefit more from a standard Performer because its RPM-range is from idle to 5500rpm. The "RPM" model has a range of 1500-6500 RPM. Unless your Maverick is a race car, it'll never see past about 5200 RPMs It really depends on what cam the engine has and what rear-end gears the car has...
