: There was not a pigtail in my car, though the wiring diagrams show one. (See my website for the diagrams.) The wire comes directly from the drivers side door jamb switch (the one that turns on the dome light). Because this has power all the time, this is what Ford used. I used it also. just run a wire all the way along the harness to the trunk. -CP

: : Is the pigtail in there already? I know that Autokrafters has the lights. Just need the hot wire, or know if it's in the trunk already.

: : : I put it in also. I looked and looked for it, eventually got it out of a 71 Lincoln.
: : : If it was really a 1970 Grabber the Hood was stock anyway. Hood didn't appear until 1971. Check out my page below for Grabber details.

: : : : I was just wondering how many Mavericks came with a factory trunk and hood light. In all the years of looking in junkyards, I have only seen it twice. One is now in my car. The other I just saw today. Anyone in the Hayward, CA area can find it at the Pick and Pull. It is in a mustard color four door.

: : : : Good day at the junkyard, got a rear spoiler off a '70 Grabber for $15. Too bad the hood was already gone. :(
