Floor pans don't usually rust buy themselves. Don't forget to find out about the rocker panels and rest of the underside. Chances are that the bottoms of the rear quarter panels and the bottoms of the rocker panels and area around the front wheels is also gone.
Not to mention rust on control arms , etc, etc, etc.
May be a lot more work than its worth.
