The flywheel/flexplate you can get from a few different places. B&M, Ford Motorsport, and a few other places make a 157 tooth flywheel with the 50 ounce balance required for the newer 5.0's with a c-4. I got the B&M one for my car from Summit Racing for around $100. This depends obviously on what flywheel your tranny used to begin with. If yout tranny needs a 164 tooth, then I was told that you can use an AOD flexplate, but you'll have to check on that because I'm not really sure. I do know it has the same torque converter mounting holes as the c-4 164 tooth flexplate.
