I have noticed that most of the posts for V8 swaps center on the shock towers. I agree, but there is at least one other place to watch for when you start putting headers on these things.
The Starter.
Gotta watch the hot lead connector. See if it sticks out from the starter at a 90 degree angle, or if it is inline with the starter. It's just a clearance thing, but a big concern. Shorting out the battery lead at the header ain't good. Trust me.
Just figured that I'd mention it. :O)
PS: This is not to discredit anyones knowledge of this swap. It's just for the ones that might not have done it before.
