It's bleeding down like mine does. I'll be sitting at the red light, and the pedal ever so slowly creeps towards the floor.
You really should be pumping the breaks when coming to a stop anyway. Trust me...it'll stop on a dime if you do.
: true story here....
: i was driving down the interstate a few weeks ago to see some friends in a city about 30 miles from mine. it was dark, and my headlights are pointed RIGHT in front of me it seems. well, i was kinda spacing out, mostly trying to stay in the lane i was in. (the slow one, cause she shakes a LOT past 70mph) all of a sudden... BOOM. i briefly saw a dead deer in the middle of the road, and hit it. you know what my mav did. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! i didnt have to fight for control, didnt have to slow down, nothing. about half a mile down the road, i saw about a half a dozen cars parked on the side of the road, and in my rear view all the other cars were slowing down to avoid it. my 22 year old beater was the only car not fazed by the incident. the only side effect is that my brakes are weird now. sometimes i dont get hardly any resistance, but when i let off the brake then reapply, i get resistance. know what it could be? (i am NOT losing any brake fluid either) oh well, nothing she cant handle! ;-)
