: In the process of restoring my late fathers 73 Maverick four door I find I need some items.

: Specificailly, I am looking for the origional seat covers for the seating area only of the front bucket seats. If the backs are included, thats fine too. The color is a light brown (maybe tan) vinyl

: I also could use a stock trunk liner.

: If anyone has a set of maverick hub caps with the darker brown painted ring, I would also be interested.

: Several months ago I had considered a 302 change, But I will stay with the 250 I6 and C4.

: At 258,000 they seem barely broken in. The engine is real smoothe and uses no oil!

: Thanks

Wow! I thought I was doing good at 188,000 miles on the original engine!

As for the trunk liner, I believe Auto Krafters also carries reproduction trunk mats. They only go up to '75, but obviously, you qualify with a '73. The book makes no distinction between 2 and 4 doors, so I'm not sure if there's a difference between the two (there may not be). At least you'll have the advantage of brand new fabric.

Good luck,
Joe
