I don't know about the Stang seats, but i have '93 Topaz seats in my car and they SUCK....the seat just isn't close enough to the floor. So, what happens is that when i raise the back of the seat up enough to keep the seats level (using washers), my head hits the roof. They also don't sit right at all...basically, i would do a LOT of planning before putting anything except stock seats in there.
