It would need serious work to fit that rear axle assembly into a maverick. The turbo coupe rear end uses the same housing as late model mustangs (86-93), but with axles that are 1" longer than the mustang. I put my maverick rear up to a mustang rear last weekend and the mustang one is easily 2 to 3 inches wider than the maverick one. Not to mention that the housing is not a leaf spring housing. it would need serious work to remove all of the controlarm mounts and put leaf spring mounts on it. I would not reccomend all the work. If you want disk brakes for the rear, go with a Lincoln Versailles or granada with towing package rear end. It will swap easier.
