Just replaced mine. Be sure you have someone to help put the numts back on from the engine side while you hold the heater assembly in place.

Oh...take the radio out also...shouldn't take more than a couple hours to do the whole thing. Watch the little clips on the outside of the heater box. That whole thing is fiberglass. Breaks easily!!!!

Note where the vacuum hoses go!
